USB&MORE Terms and Conditions for Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellations
- No Cancellations for Branded or Custom Goods: Orders for branded goods (e.g., banners, awards) and custom-made or specially imported items cannot be canceled or paused after artwork approval. Full payment is required.
- Force Majeure: USB&MORE may cancel orders due to uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes). In such cases, clients will receive full refunds credited to the original payment method.
- Release from Damages: USB&MORE is not liable for contractual or consequential damages in the event of force majeure.
Returns
- Return Conditions: Clients must return goods in their original packaging and condition. Returns must be requested in writing and authorized by USB&MORE.
- Return Costs: Clients are responsible for return shipping costs. Non-faulty goods may incur a 25% handling fee.
- Incorrect Goods: Complaints about incorrect goods must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt. USB&MORE will investigate but does not guarantee returns or replacements.
- Quality Checks: Returned goods requiring quality checks will be reviewed. If correct, and in order USB&MORE will process the Return accordingly and will advise with every step of the process.

- Step 2: Fill out the return form emailed to you & include this in the parcel
- Step 3: Return the parcel using your preferred option:
- Courier: Ship the parcel to our offices in Fourways using a courier. Since our products are sold as such discounted rate, the cost of the return is at your cost
- All returns need to be sent back via courier and walk in returns will not be accepted unless authorized by management.
- We will not be liable for good lost during transit by your courier and recommend that you insure your package against loss and damage.
Unwanted Goods
- Returns and Exchanges: Clients are responsible for returning unwanted, undamaged, and unused goods. Delivery costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the client's responsibility. Exchanges are treated as new orders. Non-Returnable Items
- Excluded Goods: No returns on branded goods, memory sticks, unbranded workwear with reflective tape, sale items, gift sets (unless faulty), items priced under R50.00, socks, and caps. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for socks and caps.
Refund Policies
- Minimum Refund Amount: No refunds below R50.00. Amounts under this threshold are credited to the client's account.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 working days of return acceptance.
- Online Orders: Subject to availability; unavailability results in full refunds within 7 working days. Client-initiated cancellations incur a 25% fee.
- Third-Party Branding: USB&MORE is not liable for branding issues from third parties. Warranties and guarantees do not apply in such cases.
- Consequential Damages: USB&MORE is not liable for consequential damages, including loss of profits or delictual liability.
- Misuse and Abuse: No liability for damages from misuse, abuse, or neglect of goods/services.
Additional Refund Information
- 7-Day Return Window: Returns and refunds are offered within 7 working days of purchase for unused goods in original packaging.
- Pickup Orders: Uncollected pickup orders are disposed of after 30 days.
- Handling Fee: A 20% handling fee will be applied to all approved refunds and returns.
