USB&MORE Shipping Policy
Delivery
- Shipping Charges: All delivery costs are included at checkout for deliveries within South Africa, with no additional customs or VAT fees.
- Delivery Address: Orders will be delivered by a specified courier to the address provided during the order process. Clients may also collect their orders from USB&MORE if this option is available.
- Delivery Time: Efforts are made to deliver within the specified time. However, order size, quantity, and delivery distance may cause delays. Clients will be notified of any anticipated delays.
- Address Accuracy: Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. USB&MORE is not liable for any costs or damages resulting from incorrect addresses provided by clients.
- Risk and Ownership: Risk transfers to the client once the order is collected by the courier or the client. Ownership remains with USB&MORE until full payment, including any additional charges, is received.
- Insurance: USB&MORE insures orders up to R1000.00 as a courtesy. Clients can request additional insurance at their own cost.
- Courier Delivery Times: Vary based on area and freight option. Tracking numbers are provided for clients to track their deliveries.
